We'd hate to see you go! However, we want to handle your request in the most expedient manner possible.
In order for us to do this, we require all customers who wish to cancel their account to:
- download and fill out the service cancellation form (Download :
 Service Cancellation Form)
- list specific reason for the request
- understand that you may be contacted for verification
Please refer to your User Agreement to determine your cancellation rights and any required fees due upon cancellation. |
Please note :
If you terminate your receipt of the Services prior to the end of the Initial Term or the Renewal Term,
whichever is then applicable, CreateYourShop shall not refund to you any fees paid in advance of such termination and you shall be required to pay 100% of CreateYourShop's standard monthly
charge for each month remaining in the term. |
