| Absolutely! Within the Store Manager you can modify everything from layout and site colors, to fonts, and button sets.
CreateYourShop enables you to add, edit and delete products at will. |

| Yes. You get 50 e-mail addresses with your basic package subscription, 100 e-mail addresses with your plus package subscription,
200 e-mail addresses with your enhanced package subscription and 300 e-mail addresses with your premium package subscription.

| What if I want to change my site content after it's been published? |

| CreateYourShop is designed to be flexible and to grow with your business. You can update your site anytime by logging into the Shop Manager to make your changes. Common updates include:
changing your site design, adding text or pictures, inserting hyperlinks, adding new pages, etc. All modifications can be made from your ShopManager from any computer connected to the Internet! |

| What if I want to change my Web site design after its been published to the Internet? |

| If you decide that you want to select a new design, color, or graphics, you can make these changes using the Shop Manager Design Tools.
You can change your design as often as you want. |

| Do I need a Merchant Account to use CreateYourShop? |
 |
| If you wish to accept credit cards you need a merchant account. CreateYourShop is compatible with all of the major and reputable merchant account providers. |

| Who hosts my store? |
 |
| CreateYourShop offers extremely reliable hosting services. If hosted with CreateYourShop, you store will be hosted on one of our dedicated servers. |

| What type of security does CreateYourShop provide for online transactions? |

| We provide 40 bit Secure Socket Layer protection free of charge. |

| How long does it take to setup my store? |
 |
| It depends on the number of products you feature in your store and the complexity of your product line.
It will take approximately one hour to add a few products to the system and to familiarize yourself with the shopping cart program.
General product entry will take approximately a few minute per product. |

| Can I upload MP3s, PDFs, spreadsheets, and word-processing documents to my CreateYourShop web site? |

| You may upload pictures in .gif or .jpg format to your site. You may not upload other kinds of files. |

| Can I use the pages I create with CreateYourShop on another web site? |

| No. While you own the content and pictures you provide for your CreateYourShop site, and are free to save and reuse these with another web site,
CreateYourShop web pages themselves are dynamically generated by our service.
As a result, CreateYourShop pages can't be removed from CreateYourShop and used on a non-CreateYourShop web site.
However, any HTML pages you add to your CreateYourShop site can be saved on your hard drive and hosted elsewhere. |

| Can I use my own web address (or domain name) with my CreateYourShop site, or do I have to use a web address that includes createyourshop.com? |

You can use your own web address with your CreateYourShop web site. If you don't already own a personalized web address, you can also register one through domain registar.
Keep in mind that if you'd like to register your own web address, you'll need to pay for it. |

| If I already have a merchant account, can I use it with your service? |
 |
| No. An online merchant account is different from the merchant account you may already have.
If you want to accept and process credit card transactions on your CreateYourShop site, you'll need to apply for an online merchant account. |

| Can I accept international orders online using my CreateYourShop account? |
 |
| Yes. The checkout process gives your customers the opportunity to add personal billing and shipping information, with space for international addresses. |

| When customers purchase goods or services from your web site, they'll be asked to register for your mailing list and be added to your customer database automatically.
You may communicate with them via email newsletters that you create and send using CreateYourShop. Keep in mind that sending mass emails without the recipients' permission is illegal and prohibited. |

| How safe is my information within CreateYourShop? |

| We take your privacy very seriously. We don't share any personally identifiable information with third parties without your permission, and we extend the same policy to your web site visitors and customers. |

| How reliable is your service? Will my web site always be available to my customers? |
 |
| Our site and our customers' sites are consistently available 99.9 percent of the time. Why not 100 percent?
We're constantly improving our service, which requires us to periodically make our service temporarily unavailable while we add the latest upgrade or perform routine maintenance.
We always plan maintenance during off-peak hours, and whenever we can, we leave our members' sites up and running when we need to perform maintenance to our own. |

| What is your Cancellations Policy? |

| The subscription shall be for an "Initial Term" of six (6) months from the order date.
It will be automatically renewed (the "Renewal Term") at the end of the Initial Term for one (1) month unless you provide CreateYourShop with notice of termination at least seven (7) days\
prior to the end of the Initial Term or Renewal Term, whichever is then applicable.
You must provide CreateYourShop with your notice of termination by clicking on the "Cancel Account" button located on the Site.
Upon clicking on the "Cancel Service" button, you will be asked to provide CreateYourShop with sufficient customer identification information so the CreateYourShop may properly identify you and your account.
Any notice of termination will be effective upon CreateYourShop's receipt thereof. |
